Quote: Thanks for all the info, interviewing next month. I'm on the ERJ side of Xjet but I think our future is still very uncertain and we're still extremely stagnated and underpaid. I can go across the river to 9E and make more than twice as much while getting PIC time.
Good luck getting onboard. This is a good company with a great pilot group. The training folks do work hard to get you thru as long as you do the work.

1. Enhanced Boarding Priority: The elevated boarding priority announced in 2014 will now be further enhanced so that active Endeavor employees will be cleared immediately after Delta active employees. This enhancement will provide greater flexibility and may provide you with a better chance of getting space-available seating.

2. Travel Companion Passes: Additionally, in what has been our top pass travel request, eligible Endeavor employees will be able to add a travel companion to their Primary Pass Rider list. This option should greatly improve the travel experience for employees wishing to travel with a companion.
Email from Ryan. Coming early 2018 it says.

So we will travel ahead of DL retirees? According to the language

That appears to be the case which is a nice improvement.

Quote: You can schedule those FTD trainers when they are not scheduled for use with other people/instructors. My sim partner and I scheduled them just a few days per week after our training sessions, and I think I learned more when it was just my sim partner and myself in there because we knew what we needed to work on based on our training session earlier that day. Talk to Paul, his office is right there by where the FTD trainers are, and he'll get you scheduled. Super nice guy.
Yup, did that and highly recommend it. Same with classrooms with the Matrix software in them, with no class in session. It's explicitly OK to go in abs use it. (This is the same software as the FTD's, but on a simple desktop computer instead of the cockpit-like array of touchscreens. Used for systems instruction rather than procedure practice. But you can still use it for some of the latter, if you can stand the clumsy interface.)

This is something that has been a long time coming and sounded at one point near impossible with the muscle Delta retirees had. Honestly now that we can travel ahead of them I think anything is possible given enough time and enough hard work, even the F word.

I'll believe it when I see it...

Quote: Wondering the exact same thing myself. Holiday Inn downtown was always accommodating and had a great shuttle service, walkable to great breweries/restaurants. New place, not so much.
Haven't stayed in Buffalo recently but here's a plug for the crew care forms... if you like a hotel, go in and put in a positive comment.

Normally they only get negative feedback so if they've gotten XX negative comments from crews and no positive, they'll start looking for a different hotel.

Once you make the login for crew care it doesn't take long to fill out the comments.

Yeah. I'm impressed too. I can't believe we're actually going to travel ahead of retirees. That moves us up at least a couple people on most of my non-rev flights. Sounds like a win to me.

Any guesses on whether we will be ahead of active employees' spouses, children, parents, etc as well? What about if they are accompanied by the employee? Memo makes it seem like the only ones boarding in front of Endeavor employees will be Delta employees ONLY but that seems too good to be true, though it sems necessary for guys to commute into and out of Atlanta.
