Has anyone been successful in getting a job at Skywest after the second interview? Told to reapply in six months.

Yes. Back in the day it used to be the norm that you had to interview more than once.

Hopefully they have you done feedback add to what you need to work on?

What ever happened to your agreement that you guys would get whatever scope ASA has (and what they get in a JCBA), and also matching the health insurance benefits and 401k contributions? Is that in this proposal you are voting on?

We get it, you think we ride your coattails, no one cares. Now please go away.
Are you seriously asking a question or just being sarcastic?

Yes, but that wasn't why I was asking. I saw your pay proposal that you are voting on and noticed that there was no scope language in it and it didn't mention anything about health insurance or 401k matching. Didn't the last pay proposal you voted in say you were supposed to get these things? At the very least, the ASA scope. Although it was suspicious that they agreed to send this out to vote before XJT finished their vote since it didn't give SAPA a chance to include the better health insurance and 401k matching. What did SAPA get in return for letting management not give you what they promised to give you the last time? Because it doesn't seem like they got much in return. If you are going to ride the coat tails, at least ride them rather than stomp on it. That was my point.

I honestly don't know. You guys are always tight lipped about sharing this information (that affects all of us) as if you are afraid of something. So I don't know if I just missed it.

So if you are getting it, where does it say that? Because I rather you get it (well I rather you improve on it and not ride the coat tails) so it doesn't drag the rest of us when we negotiate for a new contract.
Voted NO! #920. Hopefully everyone won't vote in a pay freeze
