Questions for skywest folks:
1. How fast do you get health bennies for you and the family? How much is the premium for family of three? Whats the deductible and copay like?
2. What a/c are in Den and COS?
3. I interviewed in summer 2011, got TNBT. Then I got the job a week later at eagle, still here, dont know for how long. Can I reapply to OO 2.5 years later?
Thank you, hope it is not to much to ask.

Of course not Walt. Great name by the way. We would love to have you here.
1) 3 months (someone correct me if wrong )
2 CRJ 200/700/900 in both den and cos. den should be getting 175's as well.
3) doubt that's a problem. Drop HR a line.
Gluck!

We don't have 900s in DEN or COS, but everything else is correct. Good luck with your decision Walt, I agree we'd benefit having people like you come over here.

They aren't physically based there because the 900s are DAL, but they probably get to fly them occasionally in the middle of a trip when they switch colors for a day.

You have a choice between a consumer-driven high deductible "basic" plan which will run you $117.68 a paycheck for a family. SkyWest throws $1,000.00 into your HSA account you contribute pretax dollars of your choosing and your annual deductible is $2,600 for a family. THERE is a cheaper option "value" which is $76.45 a paycheck with a $5,000 deductible - which, with woman and children in the home, I wouldn't touch.
We also have a traditional PPO $184 a paycheck - $1,000 deductible, max out of pocket of $6,000. office visits $20/30.
Numbers game. Good luck. I'm a healthy male, I stick the with "basic" HDHP, I've managed to put away $4,000 in that HSA over the years - my wife fortunately has killer benies through her state job to cover her and the rug rats

Maybe, but I thought those days were past? Most of us in DEN/COS aren't even checked out on the 900 as far as I know. I thought you had to be in a 900 base for that?
