Maybe Compass next?
Leaving Silver sounds like good judgement. Horizon has no career progression, and an uncertain future...it's a good place to be if you live in the NW, own a business, and want to flight right-seat part-time for fun and spare change.

Has anyone been successful in getting a job at Skywest after the second interview? Told to reapply in six months.

Yes. Back in the day it used to be the norm that you had to interview more than once.

Hopefully they have you done feedback add to what you need to work on?

What ever happened to your agreement that you guys would get whatever scope ASA has (and what they get in a JCBA), and also matching the health insurance benefits and 401k contributions? Is that in this proposal you are voting on?
