Bring pilot certificate. Remain conscious during the interview. Smile, look a bit stupid and sorry if you can't answer a question. Smile more. Don't shy away if they hold a mirror under your nose for a few seconds.

Go in and act excited to be there and know your stuff! Gouges helped out quite a bit, but they'll still ask you a few other things about your plane/ regs I didn't see coming. Just study up really! Good luck!

No vegan, but they did have a veggie. Gluten free is unknown.
