You really think I’m not aware it’s a rolling 365 day period? I’m running into the issue because the holidays last year were several ~100 hr months in a row. Now being “properly staffed” I’ve been blocking at least 95 a month. They absolutely do not make me use my PTO or force me to do standups. That would be illegal and standups are still flying. Check your sources. You spread enough rumors around here.

For those of you who were reserving judgement on your last pay package until the endeavor TA was ratified, it passed 86% yes. I’m looking at you amcd! ;)

I'm just passing along what I hear from people that it has actually happened to. Simmer down. I recently flew with someone that had this exact situation last year and he specifically said you don't just simply get the time off.

I’m looking forward to seeing him have to admit that they make more money than we do.
I’ll be shocked if he doesn’t downplay it somehow. He’s s company man and would take a bullet for Skywest.

About the block time in 365, I seem to remember this being covered to some degree in the 2015 TA. I’ll see if I can find it.
