Get a new ipad. Until then, try a hard reset on the ipad.

And never mind we have massively lower pay rate attached to that credit. And never mind we have a lower retirement contribution on that pay and credit and pairing. We lost four times on that pairing. The sum of those parts is exponential not simple addition. That's just one pairing!

But hey these are the below standard work rules the company thinks are too expensive to get standard compensation. I'm getting really tired of hearing people tell me we have amazing work rules.
Yeah me too. some of our work rules are good, a small few are really good, but the majority are below average. Especially the ones tied to $$.

One is rsv call and one is a line holder reporting for a trip

In the Res example given a few pages back: If they are calling you at 8:00 asking you to be there at 10:00, then that must mean the push is scheduled at 10:45. Reserve language gives the pilot 3 hours, meaning an 11:00 push. My answer would be "I cannot make it until 10:15." If they want to push the departure back to 11:00 to accommodate me, that's perfectly acceptable and legal.

Don't confuse Check in time with Report time. Reserve under 25.k.2.c speaks nothing of being there 45 prior for a "check in time," as defined in the CBA. It talks about a report time, and that is "a pilot must arrive at the aircraft ready to depart within three hours of the time he was notified of the trip assignment."

We have 3 hours...even if this means you get to the plane at 2:45, everything is set up, brief and push 15 minutes later. Maybe not the safest, but it meets the definition.

Lets not make the contract more restrictive for pilots by saying a reserve report time is 45 minutes prior to push, because it isnt.

You have three hours to show up to the gate ready to depart. If you're R08, and they call you right at 0800 you have to return the call within 15 minutes. Once you've returned the call you're notified. If that happens at 815, then you must arrive at the aircraft ready to depart by 1115. You don't need to push by 1115. There's no requirement anywhere that says you must have the plane ready. Only the pilot must be ready to depart. Show up fit for duty and have all the required items with you. If you think the plane needs to push within three hours of notification please educate yourself, call your rep.

^^^ what he said

CBA doesn't say anything about the plane being ready to depart, just me.

That said, I don't know the capt's or crew's priorities that day so it might be kind of a &$%# move to make everyone wait just because scheduling didn't/couldn't notify me at a time that would keep the flight on schedule. it would be un-cool making another crewmember miss their connecting flight home just to exercise the 3 hr showtime rule. Company may not care that much but it might be a big deal to one of "us" trying to connect the dots.

From an FAA perspective, rest can't be extended. However, from an FAA perspective, you could restart your 10 hours rest if you notify yourself 10 hours prior to the report time of the trip.

Where did you get that? I'm honestly asking, I don't think you'd have a leg to stand on if you told them you couldn't come in because you self notified at 2am.
