Anything noticeably different the company can prove in pilot actions before negotiations vs during can be construed as an illegal job action.

Don't take my word for it. Look up the case law.
1.) File a law suit? For what? Publishing facts? The names on that list were fairly accurate from just quickly looking it over.

2.) As far as I can tell the lack of motivation to answer the phone directly correlates to Bobby calling for a "cost neutral or cheaper contract."

Or the fact that when our negotiations committee gave our proposal to the company, we were told that we are not worth what we are asking for but instead in return given a concessionary counter proposal.

Or maybe it's the notion of trying to shame/intimidate your fellow pilots into a work slow down or illegal job action? Forget the feelings of the pilots on the list, as I am sure your negotiators are thrilled to have to face the company that is now armed with probably a fair amount of information/screen shots of guys encouraging a slow down and harassing those that aren't "cooperating". I'm not even a Spirit pilot and I'm hearing some absolutely stupid things being posted on chat groups under pilots full names...

I really do want you guys to get an industry leading contract, but do it with the least amount of casualties as a result of trying to intimidate guys into a slow down. Look at how that worked for us at United several
years back. Spoiler alert, we didn't prevail.

I'm not going to post exact verbiage on this website but the use of the word "w hores" may lead someone to want to sue. Bad idea (anything that potentially gives management any ammo only hurts the group in my opinion) .... But even worse execution.

It went beyond "Publishing Facts." It posted personal information, "Million dollar house," name calling, "whorse" and slander "Don't care about you or your family."

Yet even if it were strictly Facts, it's still not cool. Everything said above applies: dischord, paper (electronic) trail, personal attacks.

Bottom line, every pilot is allowed to Fly The Contract.

(But you won't see me on my days off.)

Real problem is when you have a pilot get 160 credit plus a month equals one captain position. You are directly screwing a guy out of the left seat. Do the math it's a professional insult to call it anything else! It's not his right to fly 200 credit hours a month. Deal are being cut and this crap needs to end. This group has been beat down so much it's the norm to say it's ok.

As far as I'm concerned, up until that website was published this mess was on the company. Now it's on the pilots.

Some of the pilots on that website walked the picket line the last go around. You may not like this contract today, but it was hard fought. Picking up opentime is allowed by the contract. No one should end up on a "list" because of it.

It was a pretty immature stunt, and may be costly too.

I take direction from the MEC, not from some rogue pilot.

They told the passengers it was wx to not have to compensate. If that's what they say that's what they have to own.

Btw some pilots also picked up during furlough. It was contractually legal but that doesn't make it right.

There seems to be no shortage of great legal minds lately on these forums and chats.

However, there's only one legal mind that counts, that's the judge we get if this goes to court.
