United has 5hrs per day minimum credit.

2day = 10hrs
3day = 15hrs
4day = 20hrs
ETC.....

Look at the AIP's DOS+4 rates, 2022 assuming this thing takes affect this year.

Look at UAL/DAL/AAG/SW/AS rates for 2019, tell me what you think.

NOW, assuming nothing catastrophic happens, where do you think UAL/DAL/AAG/SW/AS rates will be in 2022?

Heck with it, just assume that the above carriers agree to NOTHING more than contract extension rates a la UAL at a minimum.

I haven't done the math because I'm not privy to the actual proposed pay rates, but I would suspect that the large increases in the lower end of your scale are artificially inflating the reported pay raise percentage.

If I were you all, the percentage I'd like to see is a comparison between actual payroll per pilot in 2017 versus if this proposal were applied to 2017. I have no knowledge of your actual numbers, but you can bet that your negotiating committee members do. I would guess the sum total of givebacks versus improvements would put your actual raise at far less than 43%.

Just the humble suggestion of an outsider looking in. Carry on.
Pay rates alone I go from $131 to $200 (4 year CA) I'm basing this on the pay table that our NC put out in September. That's about 55% increase. + 11% DC. Not only that I don't have to take 9% out of my check so the company can give me 9% I now have more room to add my own contribution. This is just part of the highlights. LTD improved along with scope (ask the legacies how much that's worth). From my numbers it much higher than 43%. The 43% is the average, seat and years of service will change that.

I have family at united and know for sure is 5:00/calendar day AVERAGE

Again, I think southwest and maybe FedEx are the only ones that don’t average. Hard min calendar day no matter what.

The difference between averaging calendar day and averaging duty period is a different argument and the industry is split about 50/50 if you take out southwest and FedEx

My understanding is the same as Delta is being proposed outside of contract renewal time at AA. They had given up having anything in the annals of history. Now proposed to bring them up to the other majors. (Of course there are a lot of pluses and minuses being discussed as this is a part of a whole list of items being proposed.)

Forgive my laziness if it's somewhere else. But from our agreement, unless it's elsewhere, our wording is a little misleading at best;

5-G-2 Schedules shall contain a minimum of five (5) hours pay value, averaged, for each day in a trip
