I have zero desire to fly across oceans. If I wanted that, I would be working to try and get on with a "double breasted blazer" airline. My sweet spot is the 2.5-3.0 hour blocks, pay is worth the up and down and not too long to make me stir crazy

I think you guys are missing a few things:
1) Like how far 4000 miles will take you.
2) And that the A321NEO is still not a heavy, so no mo $$$.
3) Or that everyone knows the new Houston - Novosibirsk route will go senior anyway...

This LOA is a staffing reduction in perpetuity. It's not just a concession one time. It's the concession that keeps on giving while we grow.
