Oops....... Sorry guys, I was so giddy when I wrote that little tidbit, that I skipped over the fleet part. Never mind, keep it up guys - Bob thinks that Jyri and I are rock Stars!! (Thanks to you guys of course).

Delta 21% of your earnings.

Not sure if United has announced.

I sure hope everyone said they just want average pay and a crappy hybrid retirement. Give me a fukcin break guys. Let's wake up!

Here is the problem. DELTA hired highly intelligent folks with high self worth. Spirit in the past has hired self-deficating, low self-esteem, multiple DWI,DUI, multiple convictions (from wife beating to child molester).

See the difference?

Time to wipe out the N/C & the MEC and replace them with guys hired the past 5 years who actually have a college degree and a clue.

You can call me an Ahole but I've talked to CAs who still believe the legacies have 20 year upgrades and aren't really hiring. I've also talked to a few who don't want to "BK" the company. It's really mind blowing

Wow....Yeah, I would hope most of us here are self-defecating, otherwise you might have an issue on your next medical. I think the word you're looking for is 'deprecating.'

One of three in the NC is sub 5 years and so are 2 of 3 MEC officers. It's not about a magic seniority number we need to get the smartest, most capable and most motivated people to step up for union positions.

And two out of the three members of the NC are furloughed legacy guys (Northwest and US Airways) and the third was ex-Astar (DHL). So that doesn't exactly fit with his assertion, does it?

You really just did that? Instead of just admitting your mistake you went a head and googled it in order to justify yourself. Not only that, you picked a yahoo answer link and the FIFTH possible slang meaning from urban dictionary. Allow me to go to the same link and post the primary and secondary "definition" from urban dictionary.

self-defecating
To **** oneself. From the word "defecate," meaning, "have a bowel movement." And the word, self, meaning "One's identity."
"Yo, did you see that guy? He was totally self-defecating!"

self-defecating
A term that stupid people use accidentally when they really mean "self-deprecating"

You talk a lot of **** about the "type" of people Spirit used to hire. You left out the dumb and immature types Spirit still hires.
