First off, you think our training department is a $hit hole? Great, appreciate your vote of confidence there buddy.
Second, there have been NO sims at 0300. None. Zilch. Zero. I can't predict the future and didn't look at the schedule for next month, sorry.
If you'd like to take this offline, I'd be more than happy to talk about it. Unlike yourself, I'm not a keyboard ninja or forum warrior who hides behind a screen name, everyone knows who I am.
I thought about going back to take a look at your posts to see if you had made a single mistake, but you're not really worth it.
Enjoy your evening.

Now you're just being an Ass.
Let's be clear that no one has to do any type of training in the middle of the night and shouldn't. You can not be disciplined for refusing such an assignment and IMO instructors volunteering to do that training especially for new hires that may be too timid to stand up for themselves should be ashamed of themselves.
We are in the middle of negotiations, management blatantly violates the contract allowed use of the advanced ground instructors, then threatens the group for filing a grievance, then exploits a loophole for volunteers for night training. Are we really going to clean up their messes while we continue to be the second lowest paid Airbus pilots? Quick! I hear a phone in scheduling that needs to be answered.
