There is one group here that can bring this company to its knees and back to the table and everybody knows it's the instructors in the training dept. If they all quit and went back to the line this place would grind to a halt in one month but we all know that's not gonna happen. I'm kinda shocked that instructors are going the extra mile to help out JS when he has used threats and intimidation to keep them from filing grievances. Any instructor that agrees to a work a 3am sim is clearly a misguided turd. Most of the instructors have a lot of integrity,... I don't think those sims are gonna be running around the clock.
