Pretty sure that was pre corona virus. I’m overly doom and gloom but I’m willing to bet the plan has changed from January 17th.

The LAX Airbus base is relatively small it sounds like. Can anyone offer info regarding size (shrinking or growing), seniority and if other domiciles are covered SNA ONT etc?

Senior relative to the 737. Super senior at the top end. Covers airports mentioned plus Burbank too so all 4. Has been shrinking but who knows what the future holds. Good luck. 737 fo seniority will move much faster

one year will get you to 50% on the FO list. Will take you 20 more to get to the top.

Default New Hire Classes and Drops

From pilot hiring sent out on 2/12/2020 to those swimming in the kiddie pool....

“We eagerly await class announcements from our Manpower Planning department and anticipate receiving additional information in late February regarding classes in March and beyond. While we are careful in our manpower planning and keeping a careful watch on potential impacts due to the Coronavirus and 737 MAX, we anticipate regular new hire classes this spring and beyond. While we know manpower plans are subject to change at any given time, we look forward to welcoming you to United Airlines and our family in the near future.”

A couple highly qualified good friends with apps in. I’m assuming we are still doing regular interviews?

Looks like 20 in today's class. 10 airbus slots and 10 to the 756.
