1b) There is no LAX/320/D.
2) It only implies Hawaii because of the above discussion on ETOPS and international being > 162nm offshore.
Either bid status (D/I) can fly to international destinations, not just CA and MX. Only the "I" can conduct extended overwater operations (162 and ETOPS)... I'll defer the other confusing stuff (Latin America and Latin Terrain)

It’s different now. Majority of Int LGA trips are domestic. 98% of my trips are domestic.

I expect this to get worse once the maintenance and flight attendants are all merged.
