For those joining, expect training to be 11 weeks. It may be shortened, but with the SIMS, CAT II/III, LQT and LOFT it will be 11 weeks.

Hello folks! I'm new to this forum thing. Wish I had heard about it long ago!
That said, has anybody received class dates that got placed in the hiring pool during the AK hiring event Apr 28-30?

I was told the converted 767 freighter will go to Titan to be leased...the customer then decides who operates it. Maybe Atlas operates it, maybe not.

Yes, since that came out, I've heard that as well. We shall see.

That is great to hear! Is there any method to the madness of figuring out who they determine gets which class? Also, how much notice do they typically give folks for going to class?

You're stacked on a list (pool). About two weeks prior to 30 Jun they will take their top 24. Next class scheduled tentatively around 21 July.

Previous posts have indicated that the order in which poolies are stacked is where the "recommended" vs. "highly recommended" distinction comes into play. If so, I assume then that it's conceivable for HR's to be passed over for R's for a certain class date.

Can anyone confirm that's how the system works?
