Shape up or quit aviation altogether. As is you're not employable at a Pt. 61 flight school. Seek therapy and pull yourself together.
I am so sorry mate If I offended you, my apologies... However, that does not change the reality that your HR team is not working well. They assign people dozens of subjects to study, right? I have studied those subjects for 12 days and put 30 pages of work with my handwriting. In return, what did I get? `Have you worked for another airline company that you did not put on your resume?` What kind of question is that? It's beyond being over-suspicious, it's a concrete disrespect... It's a pure example of unprofessionalism! It's a chronic sample of distrust to people. I did not know anything about the unfortunate event that happened in 2019. After the interview, I thought no normal organization or HR team could behave like this... I thought there should be something bad that affected them and forced them to behave in such a suspicious, aggressive, and disrespectful way... I did my research about them, while they were doing their research about me! Filters against filters, fair game right? I have provided them five years of successful training records with full of good comments (from Air Zambia), but they could not give me a clean record for the last five years, because of that unfortunate event. Filters against filters, it's a fair game as I said. That's why I had to mention about that event. Again, I am sorry if I offended you.

You have wonderful Captains, by the way, they are really nice human beings.

I am done with this conversation. My next interview is with Air Zimbabwe and after that with Air Mogadishu. They are good matches for my terrible background...

Safe flights!

Now we all know you are a troll and never went through the process.

But as a hypothetical, weeding you out shows our HR is doing a great job.

This was likely a very easy kill for the interview panels. This type of candidate reveal themselves in many ways, they are often not even evident of their own faults.

Thank you Atlasvet and thank the rest involved in the interview process. It’s quite evident none of us wanted to sit next to someone like this.

We have lots of Ameriflight alumni. As stated, the 737 is your likely destination. Finish OE at a regional and the 767 is probably a strong possibility.
Wonderful, thanks for letting me know, I wouldn’t mind the 37 but would probably prefer the 67 or something else because of the different trips.

Good to know, this is probably what I'll end up doing in a month or so when I'm only 100 hours out. Would love to make the move and do some cool ACMI flying.

This is great to hear! It gives me confidence because of the rumors of washouts during training, but it sounds like as long as you are proactive, study hard and take it seriously it shouldn’t be a problem.

There are actually some pretty goood folks involved, the CPs don't have enough time for day to day involvement. The panels have some pretty seasoned HR personnel, most with airline experience, Fortunately most of those involved are either retired Capts with a Union Rep on most HR panels. Pilots get a solid vote on the Tech Panel and most often the HR Panel is one HR rep and two pilots. So Flight Ops most often have the most weight and can always down a candidate, but HR and background checks also play an important role.

We work hard to weed out bad eggs and I think we catch a lot of them. However, a few sneak through and then have to survive training, OE and a year as a probationary employee.
