I've been given the opportunity to interview in January and I'm looking forward to it. From this thread, Omni seems like a solid company with solid people.
I've read a couple interview reports, and it seems as of late Omni has dropped the written/multiple choice exam portion. I hope that's the case, but if not, I can dust off the ol' Sheppard Air Interview Study Guide.
Any tips for the interview would be most appreciated via PM. I'll be sure to buy you a cold one if our paths ever cross (or a non-alcoholic beverage for those that choose not to partake).
Again, stoked that I've been given this opportunity. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

ATSG getting 20 767-300’s from American Airlines starting in 2019. One or more to stay in pax configuration and be flown at Omni according to recent press articles.

A little more ATSG info, with an Omni mention at the end. Apparently their best quarter ever for aircraft deliveries.

So what’s the water cooler have to say about ATSG’s plans for Omni? Getting another airplane is always good, but the “feedstock for conversion” stuff doesn’t sound so promising, unless they intend to start running freight as well. Which of course they would have to if the “they bought Omni for the 777 cert for the DHL flying” rumors have any substance.

I think they’ll leave Omni doing Pax just as they do now. It’s fits a real niche market very well.

Anybody know offhand what the policy is - if any - on when or how they assign SCAL vs LCAL? I’ve seen schedule changes one way or the other a lot lately. Any rules or guidelines on how it’s supposed to be? The CBA was fairly silent on the subject.

First time on here, have been reading quite a bit. Would just like an opinion.
Restricted ATP - ME
TT 4000
PIC 3800
ME 450
Master CFI
TCE
Master's Degree
Asst. Manager of Flight Standards
Is it even worth applying or will I just be annoying a recruiter?
