After selecting those applicants that they want to hire, those individuals will be asked to interview. It’s your job to lose at that point. Omni doesn’t want to waste your time if they are not interested. It’s a small company trying to do their best, as efficiently as it can with the hiring process. Good luck.

If you have applied before, you'll know they are quick!
I applied 2 windows ago when I was still waiting to compete my FAA ATP checkride and got the TNBT letter 3 days later. The fact that its taking longer this time, can never be bad news.

Within a week, somebody always wants to know if anyone has been called from the application window that ended literally only a few days ago.

I simply can't imagine how frazzled I would be if I was waiting on pins and needles for a call every time I submitted an application. Heck, in January of last year I did get a call for that job, and was told to expect a call for an interview "within a few weeks". I waited all year for that call. It never came. I have reapplied twice since then. And every time, like clockwork, somebody asks within a week of the application window closing if anyone has been called yet.
So just chill. You'll live longer and be happier.
