I dig it! Not to mention actually having more than a day or two to go somewhere with them. Nice little perk to add to the other benefits over regional life. My app is in. Fingers crossed.

Pilots are in contract negotiations with the company, so as long as it is contractually possible the company should work with you on alternate travel requests, but understand they don’t have too if they are too busy with other things.

Not a pilot, but the times I’ve been TDY to Guam I’ve always say Omni pilots staying at the Hilton with me. Not sure how long the layovers are, but Guam is a great place with some great food aNF great diving spots if you’re there long enough for that.

They will call and give you the option if both classes are running in the same month, if not then its whatever class they offer. Both fleets are great and cant go wrong. The 767 is probably the more favorable fleet due to the variety of its mission. It does and goes everywhere.
congrats to all those coming in august hope to see ya at the training center

That's the main reason I wanted the 767. Tired of the same 12 airports at the regional! Can't wait to get started. When do they usually send out the training materials so we can get started?

Getting the materials with enough time has always been a challenge. My class got it 2 weeks prior. Others have gotten it with better time to complete. Just do your best and try to get it done before day 1. The instructors are good and understanding. They make themselves available after hours to you. Memory items, limitations (those with # in FCOM when you get access on day 1), profiles and flows. That’s your core 4. Trust the process even if it’s wonky at times. I’ve enjoyed my time here. Just did a trip around the world to spots I’d never been to or heard of. If you have a good attitude, work hard and aren’t a jerk you’re going to fit in fine here. Welcome aboard.
