No idea if you crushed it or just barely scraped by. Also don’t over think the personality section.

To FANGS point once you get that the job is yours to lose. They want you to succeed. Got the CJO. Start next month.
I'm convinced the entire AON carries no weight and only serves to wear you down before the personality test, which is all that matters to them.

I used this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nyi8DrAuBJ8 Made it easy to do the spatial orientation rapid fire. A few pieces of tape will help with the inverted compass rose. (Don't cover the webcam!)

I used Pilotassessmentprep. $24 is the cheapest thing you can buy in the interview process. I practiced on both laptop and ipad and ultimately took the DAL test on the ipad because you can use 2 hands on the "3 things at once" test. Use your left hand to land the plane and your right on the math and letter problems.

While the software covers 3 of the 4 skill tests with DAL, AA gave me 9 tests, 8 of which were covered. So yeah, absolutely worth it to practice and get the confidence.

There’s also no reason for a yoke, and yet the 787 happened…

Supporting 320 deliveries? Last year we hardly had any 320s in the new hire classes / half the class was getting 220s.

Starting to believe that Delta is going to be hiring north of 1200 pilots this year. They recently posted that they would not be attending NGPA due to unforeseen scheduling/circumstances. However, they will be sending a big team out for WIA. Additionally they mentioned a 'big year of hiring' ahead. I think the folks citing 1500-1600 hires will be correct. As someone looking to make the jump, I am getting cautiously optimistic.

Has anyone had luck or heard of others having luck with 0 TPIC. Obviously have to have a fair amount of TT and 121 SIC. I know back in 21/22 they were bypassing TPIC. Doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
