I’m with you. If Reg pilots can WS up to the pickup limit, why can’t Res pilots pickup all the SC’s the company posts? (Not talking about X-days)
Said another way, why should a Res pilot with 6 SC’s be ineligible to pick up one of the 18 SC’s? Don’t want to pay 3 more hours? Then don’t post 18 SC’s…. THAT is the proper remedy.

Just a reminder, because I did it to myself.
Local NYC 7ER guy. Bid short calls no earlier than 0500, no later than 1600.. On every reserve day. Picked up a 1 day Greenie that blocked in after 1430, so a PB and a partial.
Well, my dumb ass didn't move the days to bid SC back by two.. So my PR ends at 0006, I have 0530 SC and they gave me a 0830 report.
Remember, if you blanket SC Yellow Slip, ADJUST IT WHEN YOU DO A GREENIE.
Not mad, not illegal, did it to myself, just something to throw out there.

Yes I have. And they are posting plenty of SC periods in reserve open time that wind up going unawarded, so even though I should be the last to get one, the PWA still reads as if I should get one.
