What’s up with required reserves changing from the 10pm to 7am PCS run? The reduced required number on the 7am run prevented some strategic swaps. Have screenshots of both. Can they reduce the required amount for any reason?

They're pre-posting rest for reserves so you can't change your schedule.

MLOA, Known Sick, Jury Duty, pre-posted rest going into golden xx day can all be done prior to the 20th and will change the RES avail/required matrix.

There was an excellent post about pre-posted rest this morning on the scheduling Facebook page this morning. It was well thought out, and it was clear the poster was familiar with the PWA and had done their research. It's too bad that ALPA has essentially seemed to cave on this matter though.

Ok, having trouble here, who are you supposed to call in ALPA for real-time questions regarding a potential trip coverage error for next day? Long story short, assigned double overlapping rest periods leaving me not contactable for this trip at all. The DART, redirects you to STS, which I can't fill out. Which I know is too late for any of that stuff I guess.

If I needed a couple of days off, and there were zero blue days (which is the case always), how can I get them? I’ve tried PD and X-Day moves to no avail.
The x-day moves were all from days of better coverage to days of worse coverage, too. This is really getting to be a drag.

APD or IVD. X day move seems like it should have worked unless it didnt follow reserve rules or was over the holiday window.
