Prior to SC start and having called in non-contactable for the first two hours, doesn any log in to icrew stop the non-contactable part or just a schedule check?

Once your SC period starts 3 things will end non-contactable status:

1. Viewing your schedule in icrew
2. Checking your schedule via the VRU
3. Calling scheduling directly to check for assignments

Default Reserve with conflict

Am I missing something? Been trying to do a reserve with conflict for a trip tomorrow that has been in open time almost all day. From what I’ve read, it’s a proffer, so I will probably get the call for it after I’ve gone to bed. This makes no sense and is borderline unsafe if they’re counting on people just responding in the middle of the night. This needs to stop.

Look at what step of coverage RWC is. Then realize that WS/OOBWS takes around 9 hours if they run it all the way through, depending on how many people have them in for your category. Finally, accept that they will likely just wait until 8 hours out and simultaneously run it as a QS and a GS…which is a violation of the MOU/PWA.

Guess it depends how big the category is. Most I've seen can't even get through the WS step in less than a few hours.
