So I’ve been watching the coverage for May ATL 73NA. Started out with only 2 ‘black’ days (16 Apr). Then it was 6 (18 Apr) including one day , 30 May, that has 44 required and went from 48 available to 22?!? Just checked again before the first PCS run and there are only 8 ‘blue’ days remaining.
I know I’m pointing out what most have already observed, but I had not watched closely before, and was really hoping to drop a couple trips next month. Guess it’ll be IVD’s. Maybe after the PCS run someone will take them off the swap board.

Ya, I took a screenshot of the grid as soon as schedules were released. I looked a few nights ago and somehow, a single day went from 35 available to 20 available. The days on either side of this particular Sunday stayed the same, as did the rest of the month for the most part. This was well before they added pre-posted rest to the rest of the month, so it doesn't seem like it's rest.
A big thanks for all you do. Doesn't do any good to be senior, have 7 pilots of top cover when all them get put on rest, while you do not. Essentially they have mostly taken away seniority from reserves.

I also wonder if it takes someone calling in on the 20th to get them to run next months PCS.
Hello!? McFly!? It’s the 20th!!!
(insert meme here)
if that doesn’t draw out meme we might ought to be concerned.

It actually started right away as there was a PW awarded at 0701 in my category. Likely LOTS of movement going on for May, finishing at 0800 isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I remember one time the 20th 0700 PCS didn't finished until 10 or 11 and people were losing their minds. Surprisingly, my category still has a fair amount of blue days remaining.

Not that there was any surprises. Number of trips dropped = 0.0

my 73a category had only one blue day before the PPR……the salt mines ensue(first world salt mine of course)
got gfb’d for calling out 20+ hours in advanced for a shortcall. Not even a trip. I think they literally have no idea what to do. Someone in fops couldnt tell network “unable” and here we are with a huge schedule that we cant fly…….this summer will be interesting when i now have 11 days added to my summer vacation to total 5 weeks off now

I'm trying to swap 2 black reserve days. The day I want to work has less reserves than the one I already have off. It's denied with reason as "capped reserve days". Why is this not allowed? It would be a win-win for me and the company.
