Only if you’re the most senior.

I think he's saying it wasn't 23m7. So in case, if the error only affected him, yes, he would get paid

Yup, talking is a CS error that didn’t affect anyone else, not 23.m.7. Just not sure if I have any chance of getting paid for multiple GS I could have had, but got skipped for due to the error.

You will get paid for the first trip you should have been awarded at straight rates. The only way you will get paid for additional trips is if they would have been legal had you flown the first trip. If you can show the first trip cancelled and that would have made you legal for an additional trip that would have been awarded after the cancellation you could make a case to be paid for both. Keep in mind that if they used the contractual option to bypass the trip coverage ladder the fact a pilot junior to you got the trip does not mean your pay protected. The most senior pilot who should have been awarded the trip is the only one protected. I was once number 3 in a large category and was passed over for a 30 hour trip. Happily expected to get 30 hours extra pay only to find the number two guy had a GS in and was legal. He did not even realize he was due the pay but did buy me a nice dinner in AMS!

You may be saying this and I’m just parsing it wrong, but just to clarify…. Using the GS step for example… if you are missed for a green and call them and they don’t correct it, you are due. If you’re subsequently missed for a green on a separate TC and you’ve called again about it, you’re due again. Can be same footprint and it’s not the highest of, just another add on.

I agree, if it’s a separate trip coverage you should get paid for both.

So theoretically there’s a chance that if you got missed for numerous greens on separate callouts (the height of hailpocalypse) but over the same footprint, it might be a really good payout? Trying to not get my hopes up…

Does it matter if you didn’t see until after the fact and so didn’t try to call and get it fixed as it happened? Not that it was possible to reach CS at that time anyways.

You HAVE to call in to CS after each missed trip in order to get paid for a subsequent trip, assuming they don't fix the problem. If you didn't notice the issue until later, you will only get paid for the value of the highest pay trip missed.

A Crew Assist case accomplishes same if you do it at the time of each miss, FYI.
