Go back and reread the TA section 1. You will find that you are incorrect.

Where are you getting the 4:30 min pay per day? I see 5:15 just like our present contract. If they dropped it to 4:30 that could be a significant pay cut on some rotations.

Can you say "meet and confer?"
Company will hire 35% of new hires in Delta pilot new-hire classes in each trailing twelve month period (to the extent airmen are available) with ALPA-represented airmen at Delta Connection Carriers, subject to such airmen meeting the Company’s competitive hiring standards, and subject to the Company’s objectives for diversity and experience among newly hired pilots. Airmen who flow up pursuant to LOA #24 and LOA #25 count toward satisfaction of such minimum percentage. |

I love how they state that they traded a portion of profit sharing for "permanent pay increases..." and that is barely above government (not actual) COLA.
Absolutely insulting. The sale job is going to be absolutely fantastic on this one... How much more profitable is Delta supposed to be in the upcoming years? Typical pilots: Buy high and sell low. |

I don't think your analysis is correct.
With the additon of 50 snb management can access 40 76 seat jets. They have to have the 50 seat fleet reduced by 111 from the current level. With 63 snb management can access 50 76 seat jets and has to park 141 50 seaters...and so on with the 1.25 ratio. They can't access 76 seat jets without taking snb and parking 50 seaters except as provided in the timeline of 1.b.40. Once the 50 seaters are parked the DCI fleet is capped at that number, and the block hour ratio prevents mainline from shrinking when DCI doesn't. 27 for the first 10 27 for the next 10 28 for the next 10 29 for the next 10 yup, 111 for the first 40 30 for the next 10 31 for the next 10 46 for the next 10 107 for the next 30 217 TOTAL 125 permitted at final 76-seat count of 223 342 total RJs reduced to 125. That's a gain. Cheers George |

The "small narrowbody" is defined in section 1 as A319 or 717. No mention of C series or any other types.
