Do the ICAO rules for Age 65 only apply to PIC? Someone was saying international airline CAs can go back and be FOs after they turn 65.

I just ate at a place in Denver called "Mad Greens" They make a panini sandwich there that is called the Carl Spackler (I'm not making that up). It has turkey, ham, bitter greens and rhubarb. (OK, I made part of that up)
