no, you are right. You'll get PB Days then the last day is PR which is a partial payback day and ends 10 hrs after you were released. If it was the end of the month and those PB days were going in the bank rather than on your schedule then the PR day would be a full PB day.

Just so everyone is on the same page, for a domestic green slip on reserve, payback days start 9 hours after release. For an international green slip that has an ocean crossing on the last day, payback days start 13 hours after release. Section 23.S.11.

Denny They changed it to 10 hours after release for domestic due to FAR 117, though I don't know where that is written. Anyone know? |

Another PB trivia item I learned a few months ago is you will get an extra PB day if you release after 1400 local, as they add on 10 hours of rest before your PB days can begin. This will net you an extra day in the PB bank. Just something to keep in mind when sharpshooting GS's this summer. All other things being equal, a trip that ends after 1400 is more valuable than one that gets done early (assuming you only have X days remaining in the month).
If there are not sufficient days in the bid period to contain all of the X-days that must be moved, the excess days "fall off" into the Payback Day bank. |

reminds me of flying IAH to HOU in the E120. If you took off south and landed south... i think I once calculated as a E120 new hire I made like $2 for the flight. |
