I'm thinking of bidding res in June, but can't remember when you bid for golden days? So far I've figured out the min on/max on/max grouping off and know I have 12 X days with 6 of them golden....just can't figure out when I bid golden.
Thx for the help

Once you get your RSV schedule you go into ICREW and designate your golden days. You can't do that when you bid.

You bid them in iCrew after you get awarded the reserve days. You have until the 19th at 0800 to do so.

I have procrastinated on my bids this month...I tried Easybid last night with no luck. Tried the PBS desktop and that didn't work either. I saw the blurb on I crew about bidding computers but didn't read too closely. I was thinking of trying my IPad with the regular PBS application on delta net.

Is Easybid still not working or was my computer having a bad night?

Thanks, E

I had an update waiting for me when I used it, and it worked for me earlier in the week.

As others said you bid them after you know what days you get. However, don't forget you can also try and MOVE any of your awarded X days as well an I think if you move them before the 19th you can still make them golden X day as well. I usually get what I want, but being able to move them helps a bunch to improve your schedule, and now that the award shows which are the in stacked days you can more easily see which days you can move. If you move a golden X day I think it losses it's golden shine though.

I'm pretty sure you cannot move X days in the next month until PCS for the next month begins and that's on the 20th of the month prior. Golden day bids must be in by 0800 on the 19th of the month prior.

Now, on the 20th of the month prior you can start to move X days in the next month but if you move a golden one, it loses it's status as "golden."

The first openly gay football player was drafted by the Rams.

The Rams.

You can't make this stuff up.
