Carl As we all should know by now our MEC did some tough work, together. When there is blood in the water some react by bringing first aid kits; others respond like sharks. I can definitely live with the LC remaining at 12 hours, and I can live with 10 hours on first day of Reserve. This is from a guy that's going to fly Reserve a lot.
The ADG at 5:15 (AND parity for Reserve) for Reserve is going to be huge. I've been arguing that Reserves should be paid same as Regular for a long, long time. I don't know how we got here, and I don't know how SDP's got dropped, but they were my one (significant) concern with this 117 TA. Unless I'm missing something, and there better not be a new hidden turd in it, it's time to wrap this thing up. |
