The percentage questions on DOS gives examples of no greater than 12%.

Yeah, but they gave us three digits this time.

This is such a revealing point! No questions on restoration. Is the biggest pay increase choice really 12%? And they're asking about CDO's? Yikes! We are in trouble.

That is because in their mind restoration is not realistic so they won't even ask about it. This is not a survey for them to craft an opener. They didn't do it for C2012 and they won't for C2015. It is the start of the sales job and managing of expectations to get a WSS TA to pass by a few percent.

I was told in C2012 that they gave up the profit sharing because the "survey" showed the majority of us were interested in hard compensation not variable compensation tied to profitability. Serious?? I don't remember the question in the last survey that asked if I wanted to give up profit sharing for an equal amount in hourly rates.

You might, depending upon the settings that the Company chooses to use. Typically, I've seen lots of open time left over, which means that they have not chosen to do so.

Thanks..I'll try to do some rolling thunder

No, it's a text box, just like before. Only this time, we can enter up to three digits. The instructions show how to enter a 1-digit and a 2-digit number. The examples they used were 5% and 12%.

I'm going back and bumping mine to 37%. They can't possibly ignore three of us!

Serious question re: survey. On one of the last questions where you put a number (0-99) to show what is most important and what is least important, specifically the SDP, does a higher number mean that getting SDPs in the TA is important, or that you want them to weigh your SDP answer in a previous section higher? I don't want SDPs in the TA.

Thanks
FTS

2). Look for pitfalls and weigh them carefully.

Speaking of reduced leverage, Why would Dalpa include any "pitfalls" (concessions?) in the survey?

Just the fact that concessions are listed in there erodes our leverage.

Not to tell you how to fill yours out, but items I don't want got a zero on the last page.
