Where is the laundry list of the concessions we gave up in BK, which have not been restored? Why aren't we working to list them, publish them, so all the Delta pilots can have a refreshed perspective of what we lost / gave up in BK? I'm not talking about hourly rates, but work rules and rigs? Those work rules are hard fought and easily lost, but they are QOL building blocks of our contract. Where is the list of lost work rules we want reinstated in the survey? A simple yes/no list could be a start.

There wasn't enough space left in the survey after all the questions asking us which concessions we'd like to consider.

This is really pathetic. Your post is spot on.

Airline Profiles on the top of this page.

For 2015 add 3% to current rates.

2016 will be our next contact so you can conservatively add 20% to the 2015 numbers. *

Scoop :)

* Less 18% in concessions. :D

Our rigs are better now then post chapter 11. Reserve is much better now then at that time. Vacation is probably slightly worse but the big vacation changes came in the nineties. One of the big goals during the chapter 11 court hearings was to save as many work rules as we could. For the most part we were successful. We have also made slow but consistent gains since then.
Which work rules that we lost in the 1113 hearings do you want restored?

Looks like ER program may be done. Modest program for 50 pilots with 25 slots reserved for 747 pilots. Fully funded by the company but not very exciting.

Who cares about seniority? Another concession.

Good thing no more whales and 757/767s are being parked.

We have no medical insurance, only catastrophic medical insurance.

Our retirements were decimated.

We need hourly pay increases of 18% to 20% to return to rates that are over a decade old with no inflation.

Our concessions have given up countless jobs and slowed upward movement.

We need major gains in these areas, as well as iron clad international scope improvements.

Word from the puzzle palace is delaying more 757s from being parked. No mention of more whales on top of the current 4.

As many predicted they have not really parked any 757/767s so far. One here and there.

Did you not post as a fact on the other forum that 100 plus 757's would be parked within 18 months of contract 2012 being signed. I know you posted something along those lines and stated it would far exceed replacement aircraft.
