Scheduling question: I currently have actual credit of 75:07 (training). I have four more days of reserve availability and the shortest trip in open time is 25:07. ALV is 84, so ALV+15 is 99. Can scheduling give me a trip that will put me above the ALV+15?

Is there a link for DL pay rates 2015 and beyond? (For an outsider)

Yes, you can take the survey on probation.

Why would Dalpa include any "pitfalls" (concessions?) in the survey?

My guess is that they're in there because someone at DALPA feels some or all of them could be brought up at the table by management, and they need data from us on each issue.

Just the fact that concessions are listed in there erodes our leverage.

Not if we all answer each one with a resounding NO.

They cannot.

I would hope all Pilots will fill out the survey. But guys, keep in mind a survey is just that - a survey. Even if everyone puts down that we want a 50% raise on day one that does not mean it will happen.

Devils Advocate time: Since the survey results are not released - why should DALPA release the participation percentage? The exact same logic used not release the survey results could also be used not to release participation numbers.

Scoop

Hell I agree. If they're going to publish a 30% participation rate then this is pointless. Even if it got to fifty percent the company knows that we really are just dealing on the margins. Moak was right.

Only if you ask for it with a yellow slip. Also, they can break up the open time trips to make it work with your schedule, so you're not off the hook yet.

Even a yellow slip can't take you above ALV +15. Only a green slip can do that.
