Don't you love the surface DH that pays 18.50? We were looking at LAX-ONT after an 8 hour hard fly day, get in to the van that has the check engine and tire inflation light illuminated , 2 wheels out of balance and a driver who thinks the brake and gas pedal function like on/off switches on Friday night at rush hour to go to a 12 hour layover. Would have been 2 hours at least but pure thoughts and clean living finally paid off and we got equipment swapped. Now we get to skip the flying and go in said van with said driver straight to ONT at noon.

Surface DH should pay no different than DH in an aircraft. My new line in the sand for C2015 ;)
