But Alaska doesn't fly to South America. They have grabbed our Mexico trips, for the most part, but nothing south of there. I can personally attest to that. I can see us losing our 73 routes to them, but how about some ER and 77 flying from LA down to SA?

Any insight as to what flying the M88/90 will be doing in MSP? Will it be longer haul west coast cities along with FL and Mexico stuff in the winter (assuming they will have the 160 seats in the -90's) or do you think it will be more of the DFW, DTW, NYC, BOS, ATL, stuff? I am sure there will be some mix but any insight to the trips would be helpful.

Is there any point to putting in an VD if there isn't a surplus bid in my category? Does anyone think there would really be anyone displaced from DTW DC9B? :p
