Zoom out a bit, there's another group of 4 on that same closed runway, or off to the side.

So SD says we don't need pro diem anymore. Just follow this link... Link is dead. I tried doing a Deltanet search and just a manual click here and there search to find the directions without luck. Anybody else figure it out?

So to answer my own question and ask a new one.

Got a clarification email the next day saying no such functionality exists in iCrew but you could get the data from your PAS. Basically select the year you want from the drop down menu at the top, select the check mark boxes to get all the months, then click "export". You then get each month's flying buttoned up into an excel document.

Looks like doing it the PAS method will be pretty manpower intensive since it will require ME to figure out what the actual per diem rates in each of my layovers was and calculate the amount DAL shorted me. I assume that most CPAs won't take the raw data and do the work without a significant extra charge which means this "new" functionality might not be that useful. I don't know since I've never seen the output from ProDiem or EasyBid but I have to assume all the legwork has been done and they just spit out a nice number in a usable format my CPA (or I) could plug into tax software.

Can anybody who has used one of those 2 products comment on my assumptions? Thanks!

Mike, the federal per diem rates come in 2 formats, 1 for those that get per diem and 1 for those with no per diem. Never had any issues before using it. Yes it's a PITA

yes, that's right. They calculate everything, including if you're somewhere a whole day or half, etc. it all gets distilled down to a single number you can enter into Turbotax, or give your tax guy.

You calculate it all your self, but for $50 it's well worth it in my opinion.

Just saw on cnbc that the 737-max will have its first flight today.

Also saw that Boeign has delivered an average of 700+ planes I'm the last 4 years.

Who is going to fly those airplanes around the world?
