I suspect that there will be decent turnout by the pilot group, but there are many that do not care unless it involves pay. Spread the word for the pilots you know to take the time and fill this out. Read the questions and input a thought out response.

Make those 1024 words count and not be deemed Non-meaningful.

This is a first and therefore the group should embrace it.

Anyway, thanks for the clarification, I edited my post, but will stand by my point - I think you should be able to make your point in ~200 words. I'll get you started:

"I want lots more cash, no more scope erosion, and better work rules; and I want it all NOW!":)

That works! :D

Thanks,

I edited the text down, lost some of the examples and makes it more terse, but as you point out, with 10K+ pilots, brevity is a good thing.

I applaud their efforts, I guess I'm just seeing some black helicopters today and being extra cynical.

Don't know if it's been mentioned yet on here but the conversion and training award is up. Not sure when they posted it, for all I know it's been up a few days. Looks like pay protection ends for many in December because that's when the real junior guys and gals head to the 73N, 320, and 7ER.

Whoopee! Question though. I have vacation in my training month which is before my conversion month. Is my vaca still good for November(projected training)?

Top 10 Most Complained-About Airlines:

No. 1: Delta

1.96 per 100,000 passengers

Delta dropped the ball this past year. One DOT official attributes the airline’s most-complained-about status to its merger with Northwest. Regardless, Delta has some work to do: it was the worst offender in nearly all categories, especially flight problems, reservations, and baggage. The airline’s response? Complaints are handled, said a spokesperson, “on a case-by-case basis in the order they are received.”

Depends. If you checked YES to protect it, you are not pay protected. If you checked No 1) It depends on when you start training, and 2) If they have you scheduled for training when you are scheduled for VAC you will need to rebid it once you are converted.

It has training in November and conversion in December. When is one converted before or after training?

Hitler Angry at Delta Cancellations

Does anyone have a copy of the Hitler / Delta Cancellations parody that was on YouTube? Due to copyright violations, YouTube is removing them.

If you do, can you please private message me?

Thanks.
