If Joe meant 50 88's and did not include 15 MD90's total fleet is actually decreasing.
When I read that the first time, I thought you were saying that they were also cancelling 50 A321, 737, and A220 orders. I’m glad that’s not the case.

There is a planned total of 80 new airframes next year give or take a few.

How many days off on average does a mid/junior seniority pilot (about 80 to 50 percent bid seniority) get at Delta?
Basically what's the average days worked vs. off. Im sure it varies greatly but on average. Thanks

I’ve been averaging 15-18 days off with 80hrs of cdt per month. With vacations, it’s usually 20 off for 1 week in the month. I’m around 50% in NY.

Not exactly what you're asking, but even the plug in category can expect around 14 days off. Depending on days in the month, line value, and number of reserves it varies, but 13-15 are the possible reserve days off in a normal bid month. There is effectively no limit to number of reserve days in a row either, so you can put the off days in a single block without too much trouble. Reserve sometimes does go senior and sometimes the junior pilot in category will hold a line.

Just watched the video. 50+ 88 retirements are offset by 50+ deliveries of the 737-900/A321. The launching of the A220 will provide organic mainline growth

Default Application Question

I just realized I put in my application but do not meet all the requirements (long story having to do with my Canadian ATP). Is my application being looked at and should I un publish it or does it matter?
