Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Not this again Bartok. You are truly an idiot to argue this. Go to ALPA and explain to them how dues shouldn't get taken out of the retention payment because it's not pay. Go to the IRS and tell them taxes shouldn't be taken out of it because it's not pay. If you can get both of them to agree it's not pay, and shouldn't be subject to dues or taxes, then you can come on here and spew your nonsense. Take your semantics bull**** to some other forum. You and everyone else here knows nobody should see a reduction in compensation for their work.

The ENY to AA flow sits at around 65%, and last I heard, the SSP was about 61% success rate.
I agree we need to wait for the TA before we jump to conclusions. But you need to understand that all we can go on with the DGI career progression is the SSP pass/fail rate. When DAL has rejected on average 55% of our pilot group with this program, there is no need to believe that DAL will take all the DGI's. Unless of course there is language stating otherwise. Until then, you would be a fool to believe DAL would treat the DGI any different than the SSP, which was not only a slap in the face to our pilot group, but in the end, proved to be a huge sucker punch. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Let's wise up and demand some respect for the sake of our profession and the hard work we put in to maintain DAL quality for their passengers. Flow/B-scale/Staple or back to the drawing board. It's quite simple...

Ffs, is it known that some will take a pay cut? Maybe wait until the TA details come out before everyone gets excited

Name one legacy/major ALPA carrier that doesn’t/did not have a LOA for a flow through program, ie agreed upon by their MEC. I know for a fact DALPA has not been approached by our management about a flow program from 9E. I was told if they did they would have to come to the bargaining table with us to make it happen.
Lastly, I’m flying with a guy who knows the retired Delta pilot who is turning around the Auburn flight program. According to him, as soon as this weekend we may here of some kind of bridge program with them. This falls in line with info from other higher–ups I spoke with last month. Other major college programs are soon to be approached by Delta, too.

That's going to go over like a lead balloon without some sort of provision for those already here.

AA's total new hires since 2012 have consisted of 65% envoy pilots. It might be a little lower now as a percentage. There's no failure rate in getting hired since all you have to do is go to a website and check a box that says accept class when offered.

Someone enlighten me:
Does DAL's CBA specifically give DALPA any control over who they hire?
I'm at a AA WO, and my understanding is AA can hire anyone they want, and APA's contract doesn't give them any veto power.
So bring this back to my first question, is it really DALPA that's standing in the way of a flow, or is it company culture?
