Yet another reason I bank with USAA still:

Usaa has always done it. I asked the first time it happened and was told that whenever they get a pending deposit notification in which they are told "hi please put this in this account tomorrow", usaa says yeah okay but deposits it anyway something about a bunch of hassle dealing with escrow and such when you hokd deposits.

I'd also heard that SkyWest pilots are told the company prefers they block in late as long as they meet A14 because they don't have any incentives to make A0 (so they'll get more money if the planes fly longer).
I'm not at SkyWest and I'm no longer at Endeavor, but even on the same routes between the same airports (and thus the same ground personnel) the performance is different between airlines. You can blame it on whatever you want, but it's there.
SkyWest doesn't get paid the same as Endeavor does, and it took a longtime for the 9E pay to get setup like it is now as well. I've heard two different things for flight pay, actual flight time with no minimum or that they get average times but if you go over they don't pay extra until it's more than 15 minutes. I probably misheard one of them or it has to do with different circumstances. It sounds like the old 9E method.

Credit Unions are great...I prefer them...and now my personal government won't shut down because I won't see the bonus until Monday.
I’ll believe it when there’s an official announcement. Just like moving the HQ to Atlanta, opening a SLC base, and getting more 700s (although the last is by far the most believable)
