I really appreciate all the answers here. I haven't interviewed with them yet, I did interview with Skywest (they did a roadshow and came here locally) but again, I know a lot about Skywest from friends there. Another random question, and this is kind of weird, but Skywest does little things for their people like coupons/vouchers for Turkeys on Thanksgiving and stuff like that. This certainly isn't a deal breaker for Endeavor but I am curious if there's any weird/cool little things like that they have done, just to kind of give the impression they care? Maybe parties etc.?
Also, yeah, it looks like the company really celebrates their success. I don't see that level of care at the other carriers, especially not the ones that I considered/interviewed with.

Delta may try and buy the portion of skywest that owns its market share, and merge it with Endeavor. That would then mean Endeavor now owns Delta's market share, and Delta directly owns End. So when the time comes to end regionals, Delta would absorb its own market share with the shutdown of Endeavor.
It wouldn't surprise me if Delta is working everyday to get this done, whether the government will let them is another story.

The deduction or unpaid is from your vacation bank. Thats how they used to track that.... without it in front of me that would be my guess.

It is taken back out to expunge it from your available VAC time in your bank. It is only a record-keeping method.
Your vacation pay is included in your guarantee.

John Daly in the daly download today mentioned growth to be announced in the coming weeks for next year. My sources are saying 14 more 200s for next year coming from XJT. Anyone else have something more concrete?
