Good. They need more motivation to improve things around here. Reserve rules still desperately need improvement and flow is going to have to increase to keep their ongoing promise of a 5-6 year flow.

I don’t think an increase of flow can keep their promise of 5-6 year flow promise... at least until they flow the big group of 2017 hires. 2016 hires and early 2017 hires will see short flow like that (2016 hires will see sub-5 year flow) but it sharply goes up after that.

Likely a vast majority. 680 pilots on the latest published seniority list (so probably a few less than that due to early resignations) with a 2017 DOH.

At the end of '17 there were 810 pilots hired in 2017.

The most recent seniority list shows 680 pilots hired in 2017 still on property.

Probably doesn't even matter as much anymore because MEC and company worked out a (crappy) deal already .. get ready for your next pay increase in January though.. ha!
