So the former LGA chief pilot who decided to bid over the the 175 earlier this year appears to have had his seat lock removed but others still have one. I am sure that RN cut a deal
of some sort to allow RF to be released from his seat lock so he can flow on time.

We all so that one coming. He’s just a tiny bit late to the party

Daddy Doug is making everyone get the poke. How many of the Facebook warriors will quit their jobs over this? Upward movement courtesy of the anti-vax army.

What’s the deadline?

What does it mean bid "over" the 175?

It means he switched aircraft. If I remember correctly he was a CRJ FO when he became chief pilot. Then he upgraded onto the 145. But during the pandemic he switched and bid to the 175. Because it was voluntary, he had a seat lock… which has been conveniently released.

I'm guessing almost no one will quit. Some will get it, many will upload fake cards which AA will not investigate because it is not in their interests to do so. Either way, it's nothing to make light of imo, many of the side effects of the vax (myocarditis, blood clots/TIA, lightheadedness/reduced consciousness, etc. etc.) that have been documented will permanently and totally prevent you from getting a first class medical if disclosed honestly to your AME. No provision is being made for people in this situation. I guess they could sue AA maybe, probably not though since they had the option to "just quit" and therefore weren't forced.

That’s a lie. Myocarditis does not permanently prevent you from getting a first class. If you’re not sure of the proper information, might I suggest just not commenting about it in the future.

Myocarditis has a 50% 5 year survival rate, a first class medical is the least of your worries
