This is true apparently. To make it even worse, our company president said in a town hall meeting yesterday that PSA/PDT flows don't count as new hires, which is the trigger for our flow, even though both companies contracts clearly state that they are considered new hires, for all purposes.

They are incapable of adhering to contractual obligations. One of the many reasons why this company deserves to be shut down.

Get those apps out!

But wait! The Cuj said the flow is working as promised. 2.5 year upgrades and 6 years for a new hire to flow to AA. The math works plus a vacancy coming out that should make everyone "happy."

Is it still a great time to be an Envoy pilot?

That's absolutely ridiculous. I haven't read your flow deal recently but I don't think PSA's flow says anything about classes happening when there are newhire classes. I THINK PDT is the only one of the 3 that specifically says when there is a newhire class either at LUS or LAA we have to flow. If we weren't considered newhires once we flow we wouldn't be on probation etc etc... *** is Pedro thinking?

Respectful saying this: Envoy would be better off with new leadership. One that strongly looks out for the team and genuinely ensures Envoy succeeds in the industry going forward. Maybe even leadership that can get along better with AAG.

Did Pedro mean they don't count as 'street' hires, as opposed to 'new' hires? Is that where he was going with that?

I don't see anywhere in our contract that mentions we get 50% of the classes in which there are street hires...

AAG is who selects Envoy management. Envoy management can't do anything meaningful without the word coming down from centerport.
