What would be interesting is a single MEC for ENY, PSA & PDT. We'd be over the 4,000 mark and become a Tier A pilot group at ALPA with our own EVP on the board.

Want to change ALPA, you do it from within.

No way. ALPA means nothing at the regional level. They certainly do not represent regional pilots. Their bottom up philosophy is a waste. You're blinded in my opinion. ALPA has no redeeming value at the regional level. It appears to be dying at the major level as well.

I think you are all just mad because this missed flow has un done all the nonsense you have been spewing over the last few weeks on how envoy is the place to be or how flow is everything yada yada yada.

I'll stay nice and just end this post here.
Depends on a number of factors, and personal goals.

Crappy schedules can change in one month with the right motivation. So can reserve rules. How new to part 121 are you?

One of the issues I called them out on has already stopped, and our Negotiating Committee has begun scheduling meetings with the company about the others.

My current understanding is they claim to have screwed up because this was the first month where our guys could go to LUS instead of only LAA. Ever since PSA & PDT got flow-interviews they have been going to LUS while our guys went to LAA. This month there were no LAA class-equipment openings, and they screwed up by not putting our 5 into the LUS side which would have been the first time. That administrative oversight is being dealt with. A remedy offer from them is forthcoming. Last chart I saw had us at around 68% of all AA hiring now from Envoy since 2013.... We've sent close to 500 now since 2013 (that's 1/4 of our list by the way)... what have you sent 70?

Almost 1/4 of our list flowed in 1.5 years. That was just at the outset of the mainline retirements; after 2015 the retirements per year pick up more and more.

So is it good time to be an Envoy pilot again then? I can't keep up with how you feel about things at Envoy. Seems to change hour by hour day by day.

Seeing as how you were hired by PSA yesterday I would worry less about Envoy and more about finishing IOE. You are as green as they come and still have much to learn about how part 121 companies work. For a new hire you spend too much time trolling message boards. I would hate to see you wash out of training...and have to go to somewhere like Mesa.

Read the first sentence again.

The QOL here is terrible, and nobody would reccomend it currently. That doesn't change the fact that almost 1/4 of our list is gone to AA in 1.5 years. QOL issues we have here can change anytime management wants to get their head out of their ***. If they want people to come here, they'll fix it. It's their problem to fix. They can have 2,000 pilots acting as recruiters, or acting to send pilots elsewhere. The company needs to choose what message they'd like us to send.

All of your stupid potshots and trolling is null and void when it causes the same in your own thread.

I thought you had blocked me in order to not read my posts. I liked it better when you were quiet. I guess you kids just can't wait to hear what I have to say next. But if your willing to listen then consider it class in session.

You again? I'm getting tired of beating you down. You have a point to make then make it. Quit playing around telling people your blocking us when deep down inside you crave what I have to say.

*sigh* Cujo's playing a bit loose and fast with his claims again.

Last I heard, perhaps 470 or so "824" pilots flowed to AA since the initial December 3, 2013 class that had the first "824" pilot in it. As of now Envoy supposedly has approximately 2000 pilots. However, at the beginning of 2014, I believe they were closer to 2500, so the claim 1/4 of Envoy pilots have flowed to 18 months is not accurate. 1/5 or less than 20% would be a more accurate description, which although not bad, must be tempered with the fact that AAG and Envoy are required to flow those pilots per arbitration award so long as AAG is hiring from the street. Apparently, there is a conflict brewing about the definition of "new-hire" and the assertion is that flows from elsewhere are new-hires and require the awarded percentage of Envoy pilots in that case. I happen to agree they are and Envoy pilots deserve that share, but barring a negotiated agreement, I'd expect and arbitration to resolve that or perhaps request for clarification from the arbitrator.

Anyhoo, the QOL at Envoy has been atrocious for months, if not years, yet today's claim from Cujo is that "nobody would recommend it currently", yet just a couple of weeks ago he WAS recommending it and strongly, while reminding me of a crow dinner he'd be serving me shortly in response to my disagreement.

Why do all these flip-flop claims and promises remind me of a guy named mason32 ?
