Don't you have the same travel benefits as all of the Wholly Owned companies?

...which are the best in the regional industry. Same priority as mainline pilots.

So when you say "we", you are referring to Envoy, PSA, and Piedmont.

Got it. I thought you were saying that just Envoy had the best benefits.

Over 80% of the posts in this thread are made by people who don't work at Envoy. So no, you are not very likely to get any kind of useful information from just reading through page after page.

Shoot me or any other actual Envoy employee a PM and we can answer any questions you may have.
Thank you sir.

Would you say that the run of the mill mainline pilots attitude towards the eagle/envoy pilots have improved? I have heard that they used to waive their scope badges under the eagle guys noses when asking for a jumpseat. Basically treating the regional guys like second class or even third class citizens.

Would you guys say that that attitude has improved? since so many have flowed thru?

Weren't the mainline guys responsible for the relaxation of scope in the first place??

That kind of animosity hasn't been around since the 90s when AA pilots were a different breed from a different generation.

I have been treated amazingly by AA pilots in every encounter..including the jump seat, around airports, in the employee bus, etc...

We (Envoy MEC) have an excellent working relationship with APA. On all accounts from both sides it's the best it's been in decades. We talk and interact with our counterparts regularly.

Well the reason I ask is because I have been reading lots of threads on here. Some new and some old. I had run across one that was discussing mainline pilots calling eagle pilots scabs during their strike. I don't think the strike lasted more than 15 minutes before the president squashed it. And some other threads about altercations in the employee parking lot. Something about "pilots defending he profession"or some dam thing.

I'm glad to discover that that is no longer the attitude there. I couldn't think of anything worse than a long 4 day trip with someone like that.

Just trying to get the strait skinny. Thanks gents.

Ours are a touch better only because we verify under CASS as AA. That little bit has allowed me to Jumpseat internationally for years. All over Europe, South America, etc.

When I would show up at the Delta counter it's always been no problem. I was considered AA and normally (95% of the time) pulled up to business. I've seen other regional pilots turned away and told to go buy a ZED or that they can only jump on their parent airline.
