You're running out of bullets man. Again, what is the so high percentage of pilots you're talking??? Specifically a number...did you made a study and asked 1800 pilots about how they feel?

I'd say a significant percentage would leave to a major in a heartbeat when they can. If I were aag I'd be worried about a disenchanted pilot group that has no allegiance to the company and could not care less if it succeeds long term. 34 a month was the majic number to achieve orbit. Every month we don't necessitates a larger average in future months. It's ok to be an optimist or a pessimist but don't lie to yourself about the numbers. Be a realist. Psa hiring slowed when new hires realized the cast upgrades were gone. What happens when newborns realize there are no more openings for the 175, realisticly?
