It's being reported on EL that there is a newsblast out stating not to expect to flow 30 per month for the remainder of the year, even after the deferrals are complete.
Can't say I'm surprised. I thought it would take a bit longer for this to start happening. Originally I said late this year.
With the latest flurry of bonuses extended and retro to those hired earlier in the year, it's apparent that the company is truly in desperation mode and are starting to fling cash in different directions to stop the bleeding. As we all know, it's way too little and too late.

"We have also been told to expect the flow numbers to increase later in the year, but are unlikely to reach 30 a month due to expected AAG capacity reductions in the fall."

So any new hire that wants ORD E175 can probably get it now. This fleet will be extremely junior on the FO side as it will be pretty much all new hires and a few base transfers. Current FO's on other equipment can't bid it.
New hires that take it will be holding lines right away and be senior in that seat almost immediately. Sucks big time for our other FO's already here.. But benefits a new hire, thats for sure.

That doesn't mean the flow is being violated numb nuts. Envoy still gets 50% of all new hire classes, and has exceeded that so far. American is not planning on hiring as many due to AAG capacity reductions in the fall. Also nowhere did it state "even after the deferrals are complete"

Do all of you company water carriers always make lemonade out of lemons? I sure hope you like drinking it. The company brings in lemons to you guys by the truckload.
Expect zero flows in December and not 30 per month because of "capacity reduction."
Look at the very first page of this post by Skyvector. Envoy is flowing 300 this year and 750 over the next two years alone.
Pie in the sky numbers then.
Pie on the sky numbers now.

There are plenty of things wrong with this company, don't get me wrong. But why you get off on constantly trashing it, exaggerating and outright lying I have no idea. You don't even work here man, get a life.

Furthermore, the flow evens out to numbers similar to PDT and PSA after the protected pilots. The flow corrects itself naturally. I'm of the position that messing with the protected pilot rate will be a disaster for the company. If they truly want to crater ENY, that will be how it's done.

I disagree about the PP statements. Those guys will have years invested and many may likely stay "just a little longer" to be able to flow. After all, it took the 824 15+ years to flow. I can wait 13. Better than 16 will be the thinking.
