29 less lines on the 145 for ORD. This is due to LGA opening up. ORD does a lot of flying through NY and MIA. I would expect even fewer lines in February as LGA grows. 145 ORD always seems to be in flux. Right now it's trending smaller.

Big changes were made at AAG in October and we were told back then that improving the schedules for Envoy was a top priority. We were also told that it couldn't be done immediately and that it would take until at least January to see an improvement.
I've had a look at the preliminary lines for the ORD 145 and things are looking much better.
Average credit looks to be back above 80 hours, from December's average of 72. That's a 10% increase in a month where typically block hours go down.
Average days off also increased from 12.4 in December to 13.1 in January.
All these increases took place in a base where flying was reduced by 29 lines. I'm guessing the improvements in the DFW lines are even better.
I realize these numbers might not blow anyone away, but I think it's more evidence we are seeing a very dramatic shift from how we are valued by AAG. Hopefully this is just the beginning and the awful schedules are a thing if the past.

Upgrades are still over 6yrs, and flow isn't 5.5 yrs. While it may happen, it hasn't happened yet, so don't sell it like it has.
Have you quit acting like a new hire already, and just taken over being cr700 since you're him.
HAS THE COMPANY FIXED THE SCHEDULES YET? Answer is no.
So yes we are hiring a lot, Qol still sucks here, and were coming up on the yearly promise of, things will be better in January. So far that has failed the last two years, and the last email from the union said he had hope it might get a little better. Talking to the reps the crj schedules don't have many available fixes and will remain rough.
While I disagree with how you do sell lies on here, envoy does have some upside, but that upside is in comparison only to, republic, go jet, Mesa.
A newhire here will always remember his first year as the best. After first yr. Take a pay cut till upgrade.

The upgrades aren't 2.5 YET and the flow isn't 5.5 YET. They are PROJECTIONS. What about projections and math do you not understand?
Take your negative drivel over to eaglelounge. We don't need it here.

There's a few guys and gals here from those years. What they were probably trying to convey is that once we get past 2011 hires we will be quickly into the 2014 hires and 2015 shortly after that. I am pro Envoy don't get me wrong it's just not correct to say the upgrade is at 4 years yet.

If they continue the upgrade train we will probably be at a 4 year upgrade next year this time and a 3 year upgrade a few months after.

Da cuj... Creative, glad to see you're still having conversations with yourself. Writing style checks out from a bunch of your other names. Trolling from the opposite side is new for you. How does someone your age keep track of all his screen names? Word file? Or old fashioned pen and paper?
